You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to open an account and place bets on hoki29. We conduct identity verification (KYC) to enforce this requirement. Accounts opened in violation of this rule will be closed immediately and any funds forfeited.
Each player is entitled to hold exactly one active hoki29 account. Duplicate accounts, shared accounts, and accounts opened in another person's name are strictly prohibited and subject to immediate suspension and permanent closure.
All financial transactions on hoki29 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits are processed instantly via BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri during banking hours. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 5 to 30 minutes for verified accounts.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, bet-type restrictions, and validity periods. Bonuses must not be abused or exploited through systematic low-risk strategies designed to extract value without genuine play.

Access to and use of the hoki29 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which you must satisfy at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
Age Verification Notice: hoki29 will request documentary evidence of age and identity before processing any withdrawal. Providing false information regarding your age or identity constitutes fraud and will result in the immediate suspension of your Account, forfeiture of all balances, and potential referral to appropriate authorities.
To access the full features of hoki29, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to ensure it remains accurate and current at all times.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform at any time. If hoki29 discovers that a Player holds multiple Accounts — whether under the same name or different names — all associated Accounts will be suspended pending investigation, and any outstanding balances and bonuses may be voided.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify hoki29 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account. hoki29 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your Account where you have failed to maintain appropriate security of your login credentials.
You agree not to impersonate any person or entity, misrepresent your identity, or provide false personal information during registration or at any point thereafter. Any account created using false information will be considered void, and any funds deposited or won through such an account may be forfeited.
Indonesian Players: When registering, please ensure the name, date of birth, and identification number you provide exactly match your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP). Discrepancies will delay or prevent KYC verification and withdrawal processing.
hoki29 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification program to comply with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards, to verify player age, and to protect the integrity of the Platform.
KYC verification is required before a Player's first withdrawal request is processed, when cumulative deposits or withdrawals exceed defined thresholds, when account activity raises compliance concerns, or at any time hoki29 deems appropriate in its sole discretion.
Players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
hoki29 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24 to 48 hours of receiving all required documents. Complex cases may require additional time. Withdrawal requests will remain on hold until verification is successfully completed.
If a Player is unable or unwilling to provide the required documentation, hoki29 reserves the right to restrict or permanently close the Account. In such cases, hoki29 will return any uncontested deposited funds (net of any bonuses already used) via the original deposit method, subject to AML review.
hoki29 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels:
All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). hoki29 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. No currency conversion fees are charged by hoki29, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges independently.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the cashier section of your Account at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. hoki29 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice.
Deposits made via Indonesian bank transfer are typically credited to your hoki29 Account within minutes of the transfer being confirmed by your bank, during standard Indonesian banking hours. Deposits made via e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are generally credited instantly. hoki29 is not liable for delays caused by banking system outages, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control.
Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Accounts are processed within 5 to 30 minutes during operational hours. All withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the Player's own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. hoki29 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before releasing withdrawal funds, particularly for large or unusual requests.
By making a deposit on the Platform, you confirm that the funds you are depositing are derived from legitimate, lawful sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. hoki29 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of source of funds at any time, and to suspend withdrawal processing pending satisfactory evidence being provided.
Withdrawal Name Matching: The name on your hoki29 Account must exactly match the name registered on your bank account or e-wallet. Withdrawals to mismatched accounts will be declined and returned to your Platform balance pending resolution.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives offered by hoki29 are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms & Conditions and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible bet types, minimum odds, and validity period for each bonus are stated in the individual promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are fully met, bonus funds are non-withdrawable.
hoki29 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings where it reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to:
Bonus funds that are not wagered within their stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from your Account balance without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. It is the Player's responsibility to monitor bonus validity periods within the Account dashboard.
hoki29 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion has already been claimed in good faith and wagering has commenced, hoki29 will honor the terms that applied at the time of claim unless fraud or abuse is identified.
All bets placed on the hoki29 Platform are final once confirmed. A bet is confirmed when the system displays a bet reference number and the stake amount has been deducted from your Account Balance. It is the Player's responsibility to verify the details of each bet before confirming. hoki29 will not cancel or reverse a bet based on Player error following confirmation.
Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. hoki29 offers sports betting in standard formats including Asian Handicap, European Handicap, voor bola (the Indonesian handicap format common in local football markets), Over/Under, 1X2, and mix parlay (combination multi-match accumulator) options. Full market rules for each sport are available within the relevant betting section of the Platform.
In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly erroneous — due to a system error, human error, or data feed failure — hoki29 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's Account Balance. hoki29 will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct such errors promptly. Players who suspect they have benefited from an erroneous price are asked to report it to [email protected] immediately.
Where a Sporting Event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the conditions for settlement have been met, hoki29 will apply the settlement rules applicable to that sport and market. Typically, if a match does not commence or complete within 12 hours of the scheduled kick-off time, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Champions League, and other featured competitions are detailed in the Platform's sports betting rules section.
In-play (live) betting markets are subject to delays and temporary suspension during key moments in a match. hoki29 uses automated systems to manage in-play market risk; as a result, some bets may be declined during periods of high market volatility. Live streaming, where available, is provided for informational purposes only and may be subject to a slight delay relative to the live event.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hoki29 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:
Match Fixing Warning: hoki29 cooperates with sports integrity organizations and law enforcement agencies. Any evidence of match-fixing or betting on manipulated outcomes will be reported to the relevant authorities without notice to the Player.
All content on the hoki29 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game content, audio clips, and software — is the property of hoki29 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of hoki29. Unauthorized use of Platform content may give rise to a claim for damages or constitute a criminal offense.
hoki29 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Please review the full Privacy Policy to understand how your information is used, stored, and protected.
hoki29 implements industry-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption across all data transmissions between your device and our servers. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data sharing with third parties is limited to what is necessary for Platform operation, KYC verification, payment processing, and legal compliance.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hoki29 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
hoki29's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting hoki29 customer support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any outstanding real-money Balance (net of applicable bonus deductions) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification and satisfaction of active wagering requirements.
hoki29 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time where:
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Where an Account is closed due to breach of these Terms, hoki29 reserves the right to withhold some or all Account balances pending investigation. Where an Account is closed for compliance reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, hoki29 will return confirmed real-money balances within a reasonable timeframe.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hoki29 holds its international gaming license. Players who access the Platform from Indonesia do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws applicable to their individual circumstances.
Any dispute between a Player and hoki29 that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation or our internal complaint process shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body specified in our licensing jurisdiction. Players retain the right to escalate unresolved complaints to the relevant licensing authority overseeing hoki29's operations.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remainder of the Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
